    Summary

Baelor is thirty six, the crown prince, and has buried one wife already. He did not ask for another but a rebellion does not care what you ask for, and so he found himself wed to a brother half his age in the name of Targaryen unity.

Maekar is eighteen, an omega, and has spent three years at Summerhall understanding exactly what he is to his husband; an arrangement. A political necessity. An afterthought, not that this is anything new.

With the rebellion reshaping itself and a unified front to maintain, they are summoned to King's Landing to begin the marriage in earnest.

Neither of them is particularly pleased about it.

I don't know how to fucking ask this so I'm just going to say it. Did Armand ever act… different around you? Call himself Arun? Become childlike?

There is a long pause and Daniel feels a storm of anxiety turn into a knot in his gut.

Oh. Ah, well, I guess it took him long enough to do that shit around you.

-- In which Daniel Molloy, companion to the ancient vampire Armand, learns about Amadeo and Arun with some healing along the way.

    Summary

Satin felt the Lord Commander’s eyes following him as he worked. It was not an unfamiliar feeling, a man’s eyes on him. But it always felt different when Jon watched him. His eyes did not leer or ogle him with greedy heat. They simply watched. There was something inscrutable to those grey eyes – an intensity that was not hunger, a warmth that was not heat, an aloofness that was not cold. In the eyes of men Satin could read much; he knew in them lust, desire, anger, repulsion. But he could not read Jon Snow. It infuriated him. It intrigued him. It made him deeply, viscerally, uncomfortable.

(A continuation of ASOIAF, told from Satin’s POV. Starting mid-ADWD and moving beyond. A JonSatin centric tale of love, duty, and devotion. Welcome to a very, very slow burn as they dance around each other, push and pull, offer and resist, and become far more to one another than they ever expected)
