To put it simply, Sakura is a girl. She was a girl when she was born and still is one.
Normally this wouldn’t affect her at all, but it was the rest of the world that seemed to have a problem with it and made it their mission to always remind her of it.

What if Sakura was a girl but faked her gender to apply to Bofurin? What chaos will ensue?
This story takes place in between the "Sakura and Tsubakino Arc" and the "Rope-Ichiza Arc" So for those that haven't read the manga yet read at your own risk.

and there's Suo. Right there, just like he'd seen in his dreams for two weeks, hanging from where Sakura has his shirt balled in his fists. His expression is nothing but utter fear—it's so foreign on his usually composed face.
"Hey," Sakura growls. "Care to explain?"

Sakura's out walking and about ready to give up when he finally finds Suo huddled up under a bridge. Seems like things only come to you when you stop looking.
