Summary
"You are ridiculous for acting like friends when you are in a relationship." They often had to leave their apartment at different times so no one would see them leaving from the same place since the public at large had been told they lived in different apartments and their agency was under the impression that they were just roommates. But when they had shoots together they had to act like they were only colleagues or coworkers, friends at best. But Hirano was really tired of all that and had been playing with an idea of how to change that.
And the upcoming date was crucial for it. For Kagiura’s birthday gift, Hirano had planned the approach of going big because going home wasn’t an option.

“Kagi-kun and I are getting married. Not sure about the date yet, though.”
Three pairs of eyes turned around to look at Hirano with the same surprised expression.
“We…” Hirano’s mother started and all eyes landed immediately on her. “We didn’t know you were even dating, Taiga-chan.” Akira then returned his gaze to Hirano’s face and he looked softer now. He could assume many things from this conversation alone.
Though… They weren’t dating.
Yes, they agreed to get married but they hadn’t even kissed, let alone consider each other as boyfriend.
And Hirano definitely thought the same thing.

Summary
When Hirano acoompanies Kagiura to the house of the latter's grandfather for summer break, he notices two things: Kagiura is awfully anxious before arriving and when they do there are a ton of puppies running around the garden.
There was more going on than Kagiura's grandfather being really fond of the fluffy creatures.

A small and gentle smile formed on his face as his cheeks gradually warmed when he saw how peaceful Kagiura looked as he slept. He walked up to his bed. "Kagi-kun." He whispered as he bent down to grab something. "Your blanket's on the….." the french fried haired boy's voice dissipated when he noticed something crucial.
Kagiura's shirt was half tugged up.
His abs were (unknowingly) on full display.
