Summary
In a world where Magic and Legends exists. Sorcerers and Humans becomes one. A person's race is determined whether you were born human or born with magic. The arts of Magic is taught to both humans and sorcerers, uniting them equally. Humans are known as Wizards, whilst others remains in the title of a Sorcerer.
The Academy of Arcane in Azumore, teaches the arts of magic in development of Wizards and Sorcerers. The four "S Class levels" are the most powerful sorcerers in the Academy. However, among them is a human wizard, Sana Minatozaki- who happens to rank 1st and is the very first Human Wizard to reach the S Class level.
On the other hand, an orphan named Kionhou Tzuyu– was taken cared of by a family of Wizards who still remained a mystery. She neither knew if she was a human, nor a sorcerer and is on the verge of finding who she really was. Her skill level never reached higher than 1- in fact, she was known to be a defective as her skill level remains Negative Zero.

Even though Chou Tzuyu knew perfectly well that the probability of running into a stranger again in a city of one and a half million people was even lower than her shooting a perfect ten bullseye with her eyes closed.
