He thinks he’s gonna buckle at the knees and fall, but instead, he lunges and catches Yeji just as she faints. His eyes lock onto Hyunjin’s frozen body, rigid as the Peacekeepers push him forward, onto the platform. Hyunjin’s face is smeared with tear tracks, sparkling in the sun, but he looks proud still. His long, black hair is beautifully woven with golden threads, and his prosthetic arm glints in gold too. Gold. Gold everywhere.

Everyone seems to be running to or running for something. Except Hyunjin. He is just stuck. Stuck on this sidewalk just going to and going back from work. Stuck in his grandmother's house because leaving her alone isn't an option after everything she has done. Stuck in this adult body when his mind is still on that day 15 years ago.
Hyunjin decides to change his life. The road seems scary but he will have company.

Summary
Watching his school’s coach and team grow increasingly frustrated amused him. Seeing Suho take the worst of it made him smile.
“All that’s missing is the finishing blow…”
He muttered.
“And what are you gonna do? Sub in as center? Small forward?”
“You could always run out there and yell that he’s a closeted gay.”
One earned an eye roll. The other earned his attention.
“Or kiss the guy shutting him down—who also happens to be openly bi—right in front of him.”
Jisung’s idea sparked something.
“I don’t think that’s—”
He cut Minho off by grabbing Han’s head and kissing his forehead twice.
“Jisung, your brain is like an attic. Mostly junk, but sometimes you find priceless treasure.”
When he let go, his eyes scanned the court for the captain—just in time to see him score again, almost artistically.
The final buzzer and rival cheers were his cue.Félix stood, ignoring every warning behind him.

Summary
Growing up fairly isolated in Australia, Felix wasn’t quite used to the bustling human world just yet. Being of both fae and human witch lineage, he was determined to use his unique abilities to make a name for himself so he packed up his belongings and along with his brushtail possum familiar Alfie he set off to enroll in a specialty college 7,000 km away in Seoul.
Having only been in the city a short while and in need of a place to stay, his eyes scanned the campus community board to no avail. It was only when a sudden chill ran through him that he noticed a young man pinning up a notice advertising a guest house nearby.
Minho was a human witch who had just recently inherited an old decrepit guest house and had been having trouble actually attracting any guests. To say he was desperate would have been an understatement.
“Wow that price seems almost too good to be true...” Felix huffed. “But me 'n Alfie just got into town and are in need of a place to stay.”
“You’re in luck! We happen to have some vacancy!” Minho replied. “You don’t mind cats, do you?”
But what Minho failed to disclose was that no prior guest had lasted longer than a single night...
