Arthur sighs quietly and leans against the doorframe.
“Alright, get out your jokes.”
John shakes his head with his back to Arthur, reaching down and turning the water to warm.
“I don’t got any jokes, Arthur. Just surprised,” John says tiredly as he pulls his shirt up and off, tossing it into the hamper.
