Summary
Kaminari Denki doesn't remember the name his parents gave him. At this point, it didn't even matter. Kaminari Denki was the name on his legal papers, as well as the name he answered to. Most importantly, Kaminari Denki was the name he thought of as his own.
Kaminari Denki was a student at UA High, a hero in training, and a boy loved by all his classmates.
It wasn't always this way.
(The boy named 'Golden' was an assassin for hire, one of the best. Once upon a time, killing hundreds for some petty money had been his entire identity. Once upon a time, it was all he ever knew. They called him the Thunder God, back then.
But one dark winter night nearly three years ago, he ran. Ran, as far and as long as he could and left them all behind.)
Sometimes, the only way out is to face your past, to face it head-on with your head held high and shoulders back. He had been trying to keep his past and his present separate for so long, maybe it's time to remember both Golden and Denki were one and the same, both a part of him.
It didn't have to be a bad thing.

Just as the grass grew green and mochi tasted sweet, it was just another fact of life. Sekoto Peak was rumoured to be cursed, and that was that.
No one knew why it was cursed. But that didn’t matter– because it had been three for three now, and no one wanted to predict when the fourth would take place.
Sekoto Peak has always been cursed.
But that was the thing the locals didn’t know– three burnings, one hill. Three times the mountain top blazed azure, and it was three times (seven years, fourteen, thirty-four) where one Himura Rei had stood by and watched.

Todoroki Touya could see ghosts.
… well, that wasn't exactly accurate. It wasn't as if he had always been able to do it— it was more of a very sudden, very confusing recent development if anything. And besides. 'Seeing ghosts' wasn't exactly right either— because, well, Touya could only see one singular ghost.
"Y'know, Enji was such a wimp when we were younger. He would go around crying at anything and everything and wouldn't stop unless someone picked him up or—"
...a ghost, fourteen-year-old Touya seethed, that wouldn't shut the hell up.
OR
Pro-Hero Endeavour was only the tip of the iceberg- the Todoroki Clan was more messed up than ever imaginable.
Oh well, a certain ghost thought. At least I get some bonding time with my spitfire of a nephew.

"What's your name, son?" the old guy–Jonathan, Superman tries to think, because thinking "Pa" sounds way too intimidating right now–Jonathan asks. Superman knows what he wants to say, but . . .
But for the first time, saying "Superman" doesn't feel . . . honest.
"Experiment Thirteen," he admits in a mutter, hiding his hands behind his back after all, and both Jonathan and Martha's faces tighten.

"Bye? Where do you think you're going?" Dionysus asked Estelle and watched as she took a few steps forward, almost falling every time. He sighed and followed. She took a few more steps before glancing back at him.
"Bye!"
"No, I'm being forced to stay with you."
"Buh-bye!"
"I hate you so much already," Dionysus muttered and continued to follow her. She appeared to be on a mission despite having no idea where she was heading. A few times she tried to navigate towards the camp, but was stopped by the boundaries. Dionysus watched as she pressed against it - brows pulled together in confusion before tapping on the invisible barrier.
"Hello?" She said and looked at Dionysus before pointing at the wall. "Piano."
"Pia-? What?"
Or
Dionysus thought he was being sneaky by having Sally Jackson indebted to him, but now that he's met her daughter... bad decisions might have been made.
