Summary
Richard rolls his window down. It smells metallic, damp even though it is not raining and it hasn't been. He breathes in consciously. Henry does too. Yet he doesn't slow down his driving and the wind is quite strong. Richard buttons up his coat. Henry turns his gaze to the movement, and the car slows down. It starts to snow while on the way back to college. They pass the Inn they had been to before to have dinner with Francis and Charles and Camilla. Henry drives through it, finds the road impassable ahead, turns around. The car stops in front of the Inn.
"Do you mind?" Henry questions.
"Not as if we have a choice," he says.
"But do you?"
Richard finds the enquiry rather odd.
"No"Or rather, The Secret History if Henry Winter was to become (slightly) infatuated with John Richard Papen. It has a divergence at the beginning, but it will later follow the progression of the book. Mostly.

In other words, a hopeless love story of two childhood best friends who didn't realise what it meant to have each other until it was too late; compiled of yearning, loss, forlorn hope, unrequited love, and every tragedy in between.

Summary

It's Beomgyu's turn to pause. His eyebrows meet in the middle and his expression morphs into defensiveness, seemingly ready to have a spiel laid out to explain why Yeonjun is worthy to be called a hero, until something more unreadable washes it away.
"Do you want to be?"
Or
Beomgyu lives in a world where in people co-exist with mutants against what they call the "Infected." As if his situation isn't complicated enough, he had also been evicted from his apartment. Fortunately, Choi Yeonjun takes him in; a mutant who has the incredible ability of super strength.
