Summary
Robert considered himself to be a man who made a reasonable amount of mistakes. He didn’t make them all the time, but he didn't avoid them all the time either. He'd been sure his whole life that saying the words “I'm Mecha Man” would be a mistake. He'd never expected to say it to a group, much less a group of ex-supervillains. Even so, here he was. The words left his lips numb, his heart skipping a beat even as he kept his expression level. And then the words were out, and he felt relief. A weight came off his chest until he looked to his left. To burning red eyes and a clenched jaw. The weight on his chest was gone, only to be replaced with a pit in his stomach as he realized in full how badly he'd fucked up.

Summary
Things have calmed down after the fight against Shroud and Flambae stumbles upon a stranded dispatcher:
He could've just left there and then, but his curiosity got the better of him. Arms crossed in front of his broad chest he towered over him.
"Wake up, bitch." His harsh voice cut through the silence like a razor, and the man below him jerked in his seat. The book slowly slipped from his face and revealed a set of cloudy and confused eyes with way too dark circles around them. Robert blinked up to him, puzzled and still half asleep. Summary
