Keiji joined the army as a doctor so he could save lives. There, he meets a loud, cheerful officer, Bokuto, who comes into the infirmary with the smallest injuries.
Keiji realizes he doesn't want to have Bokuto's life in his hands, because he isn't sure he could bear the feeling of responsibility he'd have if he somehow couldn't save the man he loves.

Time is like a changing wind. It passes by easily and very few care which way the wind goes. The Norns are part of that few. The few that write down what has passed, what is to come and the single indescribable moment between.
So when the Norns are killed, the balance shifts. With no one to record the events that have gone by and those to come, it was only a matter of time before their powers moved on to others. And the Norn killers painted targets on their backs.

Kono's day was a rinse and repeat sequence everyday. Wake up, school, home, game, repeat. Until the start of the school year, which doubled as her birthday (and that's just plain rude, thanks), ushered in a new world of magic and Gods into her life through her dreams.
At first she thought it was a weird, reoccuring dream. But when one of the Gods comes to her in the land of the waking and she becomes embroiled in a clash between (sorta) omnipotent siblings, Kono doesn't know what she is going to do.
But on the plus side, she can set things on fire with her bare hands?
