Secretive Plotter didn't mind drugging Kim Dokja to make him his because he knew that Kim Dokja was too devoted to the false third round Yoo Joonghyuk, so he'd create a way for Kim Dokja to accept Secretive Plotter’s devotion.
Was it wrong? Yes. Did he care about that? No, he didn't, because it would yield the results that he desired.
