Hua Cheng did not have a good childhood.
For Hua Cheng's birthday, Xie Lian decides that Hong-er needs better memories.
“Good morning, San Lang gege, rise and shine! It’s your birthday! Happy birthday!”
Hua Cheng grins widely, hoisting little Xie Lian up like a kitten and examining the adorable face. Little Xie Lian smiles at him beatifically.

When he swapped He Xuan and Shi Qingxuan’s fates, he didn’t expect the former to haunt them as a Supreme. Pei Ming has always said, with the affected air of a wise, battle-weary general, that the best laid plans only last until the first arrow leaves the bow. Shi Wudu has always scoffed at the saying. He is proud to be a meticulous planner.
Not meticulous enough in this case, it seems.
Shi Wudu personally descended to ensure that He Xuan is dead, but he failed to account for the afterlife.
If they make it out alive, Shi Wudu would not be so careless again.

The Blood Bank was a way for him to make money faster, beyond his usual teaching job, to help his mother. He tried not to think too much about the fact that there were random faceless vampires feasting on his blood.
Frowning to himself, Lan Zhan clicks the message.
"You have been selected as a special provider for a very prestigious client! The Yiling Laozu has chosen you to be a part of his regular collaborators!"
Lan Zhan raises an eyebrow when he sees the name.
