Summary
Cody has had enough of idiotic nat-born officers who are nothing more than a bunch of whiny morons. And that includes his Jedi General, Qui-Gon Jinn.
Jinn, who has a bad habit of stating he "follows the will of the Force" instead of following the will of the Senate and Council. And honestly, Cody wouldn't mind if following the will of the Force included filling out a requisition form every once in awhile.
But, Cody can handle it. He can adapt to it. He can deal with Qui-Gon Jinn disappearing without a word. He can deal with Tarkin being an asshole. He can deal with it all. And he has been dealing with it all for the past month.
That is, until another wrench is thrown into his carefully constructed battle plans. A wrench that goes by the name Obi-Wan Kenobi. Jinn's padawan is everything Cody hates and more. He doesn't listen. He goes off on his own. And he seems to expect special treatment just because he's a Jedi who killed a sith.
Well, Cody's not going to let him win. He is not going to let Obi-Wan Kenobi use him like all the other nat-born officers use him. And no! He does not think Kenobi is nice to look at. Not one bit. So quit asking.

Summary
“...You’re not gonna stab me with that pencil, are you?”
Clark’s voice cuts through the quiet, warm with something like amusement. He reaches out on instinct, fingers gently curling around Bruce’s pencil-wielding wrist, stilling him.
Bruce doesn’t even flinch. Clark touches him with a kind of familiarity that he's never experienced before and it's... nice. Clark's touch doesn't jolt him like the others' do. Doesn't make his skin grow cold or his shoulders tense. And Bruce would never admit it out loud, but some days he only feels human when Clark is touching him.
“It’s not a pencil,” Bruce says flatly. “It’s eyeliner.”
A beat.
“Besides,” Bruce adds, finally risking a glance at him. “I saw you swallow a bullet yesterday.”
Or,
Bruce does Clark’s eyeliner.Bookmarked by lightphie

Summary
“Fuck you.” House growls, and braces his elbows on the counter with his head in his hands. “You know. I read your annotations.”
Oh, God, what the hell is going on right now. Wilson is so out of his goddamn depth here.
Wilson reaches across and takes the bottle, pouring himself a shot but not drinking it.
House’s hand follows the bottle, his fingers cold from the condensation as they brush against Wilson’s knuckles. He lets out a frustrated whine and slumps against the table, tangling his hands in his hair in aggravation.
