In other words: Shinsou gets pulled into Aizawa’s training after the Sports Festival, expecting it to be temporary like everything else in his life—but the consistency doesn’t stop. What starts as mentorship slowly turns into something closer to being taken in, and neither he nor Aizawa fully realizes how it’s going to evolve beyond just training.

In a world where pro heroes are gods, their chosen humans are revered. Hitoshi has never seen the bright capital with its collection of Lineages. Who cares, anyway? The gods certainly don’t care, not for the humble peasants like Hitoshi. He is going to go somewhere far away from his tiny village and open a cat rescue. Just as soon as he can get away from his parents.

Hitoshi doesn't know what he expected but of course Aizawa would eventually bring up quirk training in their sessions.

It's instinctual, comes to Hitoshi without a second thought and he knows it's stupid, knows that one of these days he'll have to train with his quirk, too, but—no.
He's not ready for it. He needs more time to come to terms with the fact that he has to do it, needs more time to accept that his classmates will see him using it and most of all, he needs to prepare for the fact that he'll use it on them, against them, and he's not there yet.
And he's especially not ready to use his quirk on Aizawa, unsupervised and without witnesses.
