Summary
Peter has been punched, shot, kicked, thrown, and... a bunch of other things he tried not to think about. Trying to heal these injuries properly hasn't been a problem. Until May got suspicious after he'd asked for bandages for the 5th time in a row, or always added Band-aids to the list on shopping trips. So he found an alternative, school. If they found out he was using old medical supplies, they would be upset. But if they knew it was for Spider-man, surely they wouldn't mind!

“Hey, someone in there?” This time, his head shot upwards. Nobody had ever even looked twice at the stall. He didn’t notice the music stopped, which ment the practice was over. He didn’t have to look at the time to know he would be late to class.
Peter took a breath, thinking of what to do. “Ay man! what ya need?” He shouted in the most rugged old-man voice he could muster. “I’m tryin’ to fix this junk toilet!”

Summary
AU. Nineteen year old Peter Parker has worked for SHIELD ever since he had a run-in with Nick Fury over alien technology a couple of years ago.
When Tony Stark and Happy Hogan are injured in an attack that uses unfamiliar alien tech, Peter is assigned by Fury as their bodyguard and informant. He has one rule he tells himself on missions. Or, well, one rule with three sub-sections: get in and out, stay alert, and do not get attached. (That last sub-section holds more weight than the others — by about forty percent, give or take.)
Morgan Stark — and, apparently, the rest of the Avengers, along with people he's tried to leave behind — are making the last part of that rule very difficult for him. Oh, and it turns out that Tony Stark isn't as big of an asshole as everyone makes him out to be. Who knew?

“It wasn’t my fault,” Tony defends. “That Spider-Guy never knows when to shut up. He distracted me.”
“Your reputation took a blow,” Pepper tells him. “Which will be fixed, of course. I’ve already set it up.”
“Set what up? What, am I going to make flower arrangements with the elderly?”
Pepper slides a piece of paper towards him. “Try an orphan. His name is Peter Parker. His biggest dream is to meet you. But…” She hesitates.
“But?”
“Apparently he doesn’t talk much. Sometimes not at all. Trauma-related.”
“A smart kid who doesn’t talk? Perfect combination. If only all my employees were like that.”

“No.” Tony sighed but didn’t relent. It wasn’t safe for Peter to skip meals, not only due to his metabolism but also his already minimized diet.
“Yes. It must hurt to be running on practically nothing all day.”
“No!” Peter shouted, immediately halting all conversation. Everyone stared at the duo, which definitely wouldn’t help Peter’s eating.
“You need to eat something. At least eat your watermelon and some pretzels.” Peter picked up the watermelon slice, and Tony almost thought he somehow won the conversation, but Peter chucked it at the man’s forehead.
“Fuck you.” The collective gasp could probably be heard all the way up in Maine.---
OR: Peter isn't adjusting well to some aspects of his new life. Namely eating consistently. He lashes out.
