Summary
In less than a week, Gideon would be surrounded at any moment by goggling children and fawning women, and their interactions would consist of Gideon winking at Harrow from over the heads of her entourage as she took endless selfies. It was excruciating to watch, but at the moment, felt preferable to watching Gideon awkwardly scratch her head and ask “How’s stall set-up going?” as if it would ever be possible for the two of them to have a normal conversation.

It’s Harrow’s last year selling bone jewelry at the Dominicus Renaissance Faire before she finishes her PhD. Which means one last summer putting up with Sir Gideon, the obnoxious knight that’s been a thorn in Harrow’s side for the past three years. Except, Harrow made out with her at last year’s end of season party, and things have only gotten more complicated since then.

Summary
The scene we all know is going to happen in Alecto the Ninth.
John is allowed to think he is going to get away with everything for a few days. Everyone schemes separately, except Gideon, who as usual is left in the dark and is mainly focused on minutely observing Harrow’s facial features anyways.
