Summary
Bakugou and Kirishima are both inexperienced and about to graduate.
Bakugou was staring at him, though he was beginning to regret bringing it up at all.
“Do you wanna solve that problem?” Bakugou asked, odd tone to his voice that Kirishima couldn’t place. He sat up, propping himself on his elbows. For a moment, he just looked at Bakugou, who returned the gaze.
“How?” Kirishima said, hoping he knew where this was going.
“I show you mine, you show me yours,” Bakugou said, making air quotes.
“Are you serious?” Kirishima squinted at him.
“Do I look like I’m joking?”
No, he did not.
“No, you don’t.”
“Okay, then. Are you in?”

"Bakugou didn’t know what being friends with someone and caring so much about them felt like. Maybe that’s why his stomach did a little backflip when Kirishima would walk into a room. Why he would hide a blush when Kirishima would momentarily sling his arm over Bakugou’s shoulders. Why he tolerated, enjoyed even, spending time with Kirishima. Maybe that was even why he hated when Kirishima talked about other people he thought were attractive. That’s probably why when he saw Kirishima’s hand that night in Kamino he felt safe. Kirishima smiled wildly and without abandon and Bakugou knew that they were going to make it out alive."
Aka, Bakugou realizes (through Ashido's help) that what he feels towards Kirishima is definitely more than friendship and deals with just what he's going to do about it.
