Utahime gets transported to Kotaku eight years after the events of Jigokuraku. The Shogun has sent another set of criminals to retrieve a new Elixir of Life. Kotaku was a dead island for years but now a mysterious tao source has emerged. Sukuna is one of the criminals in the quest for the elixir with no recollection of his past save for one message: go North and save the Chosen One. He and Utahime work together with the Aza brothers to uncover the secrets of the island and perhaps save a long lost friend.
