A capsule hotel, the website had called it. Harua had laid on the mattress for a couple of seconds before gathering his stuff to take to the bathroom, and would have more aptly called it an 'overglorified oven simulator'.
"Sorry," he clears his throat, "This is my capsule? I think you're at the wrong one."
If he wasn't already the unluckiest person for having to spend the night in a pod in the first place, the fact that there's a man currently trying to fight to open the lock on the front would almost guarantee the title.

His other hand comes up, fingers curling around Jo's head; the pad of his thumb traces along the shell of Jo's ear and it makes him shiver. Yuma's smile grows and he speaks now— voice low, quiet, intimate in a way that has Jo's entire chest twisting like taffy.
"Your ear is so red," he muses, laced with his usual mirth, and he squints like he knows something. "Are you flustered?"

Harua wanted to blame Maki for this feeling of possessiveness that was consuming him. Because who had fed that feeling if not him? You can't slip away and lock you both in his room as if the outside world didn't exist, only to then cling to him every night as if he were only yours, jealous that someone might take him away, hold him tightly as if you didn't want him to slip from your arms, not a centimeter of separation between your boiling bodies, feeling every heartbeat, brushing every sensitive part, and expect him not to develop a feeling that ends up driving him crazy and begging for more, right?

“What’s up? You’re so pathetic you can’t handle seven minutes alone with me?” Harua leaned against the opposite wall like he owned the place, casual and smug, yet it wasn’t that there were too much space between them to begin with. Yuma shot him a glare sharp enough to cut glass. “I didn’t know you were such a coward, Nakakita,” Harua added smoothly, testing the name on his tongue like he knew it would sting.
“Oh, shut the fuck up,” Yuma snapped, heat rising in his cheeks. “It isn’t like you want to be with me in this miniscule closet, do you?”
“I don’t mind.” Harua pushed off the wall and stepped closer, slow and deliberate. Yuma felt his breath near his mouth, freezing up in spite of himself. “You’re the only one with a problem here, Yuma.”
He didn’t like the way Harua said his name. Or maybe he liked it too much. His chest ached at the sound, his body reacting before his brain could catch up.
or: Yuma has to face his true feelings for Harua through a silly round of seven minutes in heaven.
