Summary
It had been a long day. Diplomacy and goodwill could only get the group so far when it came to space pirates (the Ravagers had been easy to deal with, in comparison), so yes, it had been a long, long, day – and the Guardians were thoroughly done with this gods-forsaken planet.
So, you can imagine their collective surprise when, not even an hour into orbit, something was already knocking at their figurative door – or more literally, crashing into the space in front of the Benatar, presumably dropping from hyperspace after narrowly escaping a dogfight.
OR
Y/n's mangled star-ship drops from hyperspace right in front of the Benatar, and Y/n is barely holding on to life. Adam Warlock pries her from the wreckage and brings her aboard.Series

Summary
(Soundwave x Reader)
The Third-In-Command of the Nemesis ship was known for his commitment to the vow of silence-- a vow he took for Cybertronians to know he was not like the other council members that were once under Zeta Prime; that he was not all-talk, and would live up to his words. He was silent, but has more voice compared to the other Decepticons; he was idle, yet his frame screamed power-- that much, bots and cons, alike, can understand. And then there was you: a talkative human, often spouting words that contradicted her own actions; saying things that were parallel to them. Or perhaps, it's not that you speak the opposite of your intentions but you often misunderstand what you want.
And then, the two opposites meet-- each distinct feature contradicting the other. One was an ancient Cybertronian, and another was a young human. One was silent; the other has words to say. One has forgotten how to feel, while the other wishes not to feel. One served only one purpose in life, and the other had none.
Be as contrasting as they may, both share a common characteristic; one they can share a mutual bond with: both are not normal in their own worlds.
The two lack humanity.

Summary
"Easy," a low voice says above him, tone calmer and gentler than any of his other captors so far. He feels light fingers graze against the injury on his neck, and fear flashes through his unfocused mind. He trashes and bares his teeth in a growl, the iron taste in his mouth clogging his senses as his injuries throb at the sudden movement.
The person retracts their hand for a second, before settling it against his bruised hand, "It's okay," his voice sounds strange, choked almost, "it's… it's alright. I'm here now."
OR
Razor accompanies Lisa for a visit to Sumeru. He ends up being in the wrong place at the wrong time, gets hurt, and gets a brother for his troubles.
