Ylfa knows she and the little girl from this story are the same. She knows it from a logical standpoint, but sometimes she has a hard time believing it. However, right now- studying herself in the window’s crude reflection; a new feeling rushes over her.
A little girl or a hideous beast, she used to wonder to herself.But now a damning thought creeps through her mind. Why not both?

Skip’s got this in the bag.
He’s surrounded by a crew full of people and they don't have a clue. Skip doesn't know a lot about the guy that occupied this body before, the memories aren’t quite clear yet.
But no one has noticed, so he must just be playing this perfectly.Skip will admit it’s been.. awhile since the last time he had a vessel, but damn, he’s still got it. He’s been piloting this body for about four malton units and the Captain’s crew seems none the wiser.
Phew.
And sure, Skip’s not too familiar with human customs, cuz it’s been like a thousand or so years, but the crew hasn't even given him a second glance.
Skip is killing this whole being human thing.

Summary
Cole had never thought Jay was annoying; that was just a fact of Jay's life. It felt incredible, because Jay knows he's overstayed his welcome with most people. And that's not too surprising, considering how he's always been easier to deal with in short intervals.
But Cole has never even looked at him oddly because of something he said; he's never looked away or shifted from one foot to another, ready to politely leave and then breathe a sigh of relief.
Cole listened to every word that left his mouth and never showed a sign of irritation.(a.k.a. how Jay realized he was in love with his best friend)
