The door was open, just slightly, and the first thing she heard was wailing.
“Why did you do that?” Nikki cried out, and Sarah had never heard her or anyone sound so broken.
Was it Bear?
She shivered at the thought.
If it was him, Bear wasn’t responding.

In the end, Hanbin settles on sending Zhang Hao two million won, and she rolls over so her back is flat against her rumpled blanket. On a whim, she attaches a note containing the singular word please. Zhang Hao does not take well to direct requests, tending to understand them as presumptuous commands, hence Hanbin’s message being purposely vague. Maybe Hanbin will get lucky and receive a selfie. She misses Zhang Hao’s face.

Not only did he accidentally turn himself into a mother-fucking cat, he also, somehow portaled himself into the human world. What good could come out of this?
What he didn't expect is to be adopted by a human in the first hour of landing there. Humans are supposed to be ugly, scary and greedy beings, but why is this human so comforting? Why is he so pretty? And what are his hands so big for?
