Summary
Before, Neve died in a house fire. It was just a terrible accident, one that took her and her parents in the middle of the night. At least, that's what Viktor had thought, had seen. And off in the distance, Neve decided it would be best to let him believe that as he went on to the Academy.
After that, five years of survival went by before she made her last slip up. It leads her into the arms of a family cobbled together by misfortune just like hers. Then Neve's own self - claimed debt leads her into working for the Industrialist, all to protect her new little sister. It's all led to Now, standing in front of him once again, eleven years after Neve had died. Tired and full of guilt; needing his help, and needing to do something good - and needing to do right by her only best friend. A kid is dead, she's a mage, and she didn't mean for either to happen.
Viktor can only count each of the freckles along her cheeks, and stare at her very real, very alive face.
As always, I don't own anything outside of my oc Nevaeh, her storyline, and any characters inserted into this story alongside her.

Summary
Loki lost his one true love. She died not long after he broke her heart in his desperate attempts to gain a throne.
Or so Odin led him to believe.
After the events of Ragnarok he finds out she's still alive, living a new life on earth. The problem is you have no memory of Asgard or Loki. That's what you wanted. In order to undo the spell put on you Loki must first show you he's changed and remind you why you fell in love with him in the first place.

Looking down, he sees his breath quaver into unsteady trails of mist, threading away from his mouth. The dusky blue sends everything into a disconnected dream. Slowly, Viktor looks up, eyebrows drawn. His reflection in the water mirrors him, expression set in a surprisingly vulnerable gaze towards the end of the dock.
