Summary
Leon Kennedy was dangerous for Chris. Everyone knew it. Chris could see the way Jill looked at him disapprovingly after catching him staring for a bit too long at the DSO agent. Claire’s warnings about how ‘you know I love Leon, but…’were burned into his brain. Not that he needed them to point out to him that his infatuation with the younger man was a bad idea. Leon was a shattered mess of trauma, distrust, booze, and sarcasm wrapped up in packaging so pretty it could talk you into enabling him with ease. Leon was an inferno. If Chris got too close, he knew he’d get burned. He’d remind himself that he didn’t want to get his heart broken, force himself to stop thinking about him, and move on with his day.
But then Leon would look at him with those blue eyes wet with unshed tears of frustration. He’d lean against Chris, too drunk to stand on his own. He’d come back from an assignment with his body broken and mind twisted in knots with a desperate need for someone to help him put the pieces back together.
Chris wanted to be that someone.

Summary
The virus leak happened a few years before 1998. Despite widespread outbreaks and mounting infection cases, Raccoon City never fell. Instead, it adapted.
The RPD was absorbed by a larger organization — the BSAA — and now operates under the command of Captain Redfield, a seasoned officer with too much experience and not enough patience.Leon S. Kennedy, a rookie cop and one of the city’s survivors, already proved himself during the early waves of infection, helping contain and “clean up” what the virus left behind. A genuinely good guy in a place that stopped rewarding that a long time ago.
Now, under BSAA authority, he’s required to undergo formal training.With his new older mentor.

Summary
On the night of September 29th, 1998, an organization calling themselves the BSAA stepped in and helped the Raccoon City survivors eradicate the remainders of the virus. Three months later, the city is thriving once more and the police department are doing their part to make sure an outbreak never happens again.
This gains the recognition of much bigger government officials, who decide to send in their most elite team captain to further train the police department's seasoned survivors.
Imagine Leon Kennedy's surprise when that captain is the most beautiful man he'd ever laid eyes on, but he can't shake the feeling that there's something completely, and utterly wrong about this little set up.
