The blue blur couldn’t help but feel the urge to sweep Amy up and sprint with her off somewhere he doesn’t know. That captivating sensation always swam in the middle of his chest; which in the past was a frighteningly unusual feeling for him. After they're time together at the museum, which was prolonged due to the Chaotix interrupting their adventure, Sonic offers the idea to take Amy out for food before they call it a day. Of course, she delightfully obliges, as whatever time spent with her "hero" is well worth it. What results throughout the extension is Sonic internalizing a circus of emotions and Amy coming closer to understanding Sonic's affection... a conflicting thought she's been entertaining for the few years they've been, recently, sharing together.
