After Betty has a surprising, yet pleasant dream, she finds it hard to face her friend Sweet Pea who was the main star in the dream. Is it just a random dream or could this dream be telling her she wants something she hadn't consciously acknowledged before?
This is set beyond where the series is as of the end of series 3 as I imagine them older, possibly collage age, but it doesn't make much reference to the events that take place towards the end of the series.

“Hate you?” Jughead scoffed. “She’d bury me alive.”
“I know,” Betty sighed, her head dropping. She knew they didn’t have a choice, but god, she wanted to be able to hold his hand in the hallways at school and go out on dates with him, and be able to tell her best friend. “It just sucks.”
“Hey…” Jughead placed his finger under her chin and lifted her head to look at him. “For what it’s worth, it’s kind of hot. You know, a dirty little secret.”____________________________________________________________________________
A couple weeks at the Jones/Lodge residence should be fine. Great, even. It means she gets to spend a couple of weeks with her best friend in the entire world, catching up after spending a year away from Riverdale. But Betty has secrets, and after the death of a fellow classmate, she wonders how long she can hold these secrets in.
