Summary
Before there was Dunwall, there was another city. And before it another - but even before it, and before there were humans at all, the Void called out for an Outsider to embody it. You can still see the marks that each of these previous Outsiders has left on the Void, if only you know how to look. The Outsider knows - and sometimes he likes to reminisce.
Or: in which Corvo stumbles upon the Outsider miles below Dunwall, and discovers that the Void is much stranger than he thought.
Or: in which the Outsider's temporarily some kinda weird mercreature and Corvo ends up being kinda into it

Summary
Corvo just wanted his daughter to be happy and his Empire to continue. Sometimes both of those goals necessitated some throats to be cut, that was simply how life worked when you were running an Empire. And what Daud felt when they'd gone over the details of the mission in Corvo's office, when Corvo needed someone to confide in who'd been through just as much turmoil as he had, when the candlelight hit Corvo's face just so and that good whiskey was warming Daud up from the inside, well, that wasn't something that needed to concern either of them.
Or: in which I merely wanted to make Corvo and Daud use their Powers on each other sexually but then things got a bit out of hand.

Summary
"Is there anything he likes to be called?" the stranger asked, turning the Outsider's head to one side, then to the other. His eyes were focused now, critical. "Slave? Whore? Rent-boy?" His eyes flicked up to Corvo's face. "Or should we just stick to 'the Outsider'?"
Corvo and the Outsider attend a ball and are joined by a third for a night.
