It appeared that all the latches and clasps and straps to the breastplate and pauldrons were hidden in infuriatingly difficult-to-reach places. Which is how she found herself turning in place like a dog after its tail in the Marmoreal armory.
"Did they nae tell yer futterwacken is dangerous in a suit o' arm'r?"
Alice paused with both hands behind her back, one over her shoulder and one reaching behind her waist. She swallowed, blushing that she hadn't heard The Hatter approach and that he'd caught her spinning like a teacup.
"I'm a little stuck," she admitted.
