Spending all his time fighting strangers over the endless abyss and going days surviving alone hasn’t helped him with things like this in the slightest! He pauses, putting his finger to his chin. His small, snail-esque antennae curl upwards defensively. He then decides to try and shake D3rlord awake. He swears he’s heard somewhere to never wake someone having a nightmare, but it’ll be fine. Or was that sleepwalking?

Summary
Shuriken, due to the nature of his job, was quite proficient in hiding bruises. Did it involve some makeup that he had to steal from his sister? Yes, it did. But the Silver Shadow, vigilante of Thieves’ Den, couldn’t risk becoming plant fertilizer.
He wasn’t any sort of makeup expert (unless his arm design counted), and he’d had to search up how to hide bruises on incognito mode on his crappy laptop when he’d first become a vigilante. But now he could effectively hide his bruises without a second glance.
The issue? He was out of concealer.
And so, the Silver Shadow, the professional, the master of disguise, was going to a makeup store to find himself some concealer. (Not that boys couldn’t wear makeup. Shuriken is very supportive of everyone and how they choose to express themselves, you know. What kind of vigilante would he be?)
