Summary
Mihai Dracule has been sitting in the provincial inn for who knows how long, staring gloomily at the front door with his amber, almost golden eyes. Because if anyone, he is certainly past the age and status to be running around delivering messages. But the hetman had begged him and hinted that this was a task from a very influential magnate who wished to remain anonymous and had promised to pay a hefty sack of ducats, worthy of the services of the legendary Dracule himself.
And the legendary Dracule himself urgently needs to have the roof of the stable on his estate repaired, so here he is, beneath Chyhyryn Castle, waiting for some Zaporizhian kurin otaman.

Міхай Дракул уже бозна-скільки сидить у провінційному шинку, похмуро свердлячи своїми бурштиновими, майже золотистими очима вхідні двері. Бо хто-хто, а він точно давно не в тому віці й не в тому статусі, аби возитися з повідомленнями, наче посильний якийсь. Але гетьман дуже просив і натякнув, що це завдання від одного дуже впливового магната, який забажав залишитися неназваним і обіцяв відсипати добрячий мішок дукатів, гідний послуг самого легендарного Дракула.
А легендарному Дракулу терміново потрібно перекривати дах конюшні на його хуторі, тож ось він тут, під Чигиринським замком, чекає на якогось запорозького курінного отамана.

Summary
There, on the front page, was Mihawk. His old bounty poster image stared back at Shanks, but it wasn’t those piercing eyes that caught his attention; the headline above it read: “Famous Marine Hunter and World’s Greatest Swordsman: Dead.”
Shanks learns that Mihawk, his rival and best friend, has been killed. During his search for Mihawk in the hope that the man is not dead, Shanks finds a mysterious box. Inside, Mihawk has collected years' worth of letters addressed to Shanks that he never dared send. These letters contain their entire history, as well as feelings the master swordsman hid for years. Shanks is given one last hope to find the love of his life before he must live the rest of his without Mihawk.

Summary
So close to Shanks, Mihawk can feel it all; the weave of desire and anger, grief and want. Other emotions more precarious, voracious, things he doesn't have a word for. Those unnamed feelings are at least in part why Mihawk still doesn't know what he's doing here. He doesn’t like uncertainty inside himself. The world can do what it wants, but he was supposed to have found a way to silence all the tumult in his chest years ago. A sword to slice and a sword to silence, paralleling each other.
