Suddenly and very violently, Akaza’s skin crawls.
“Out of the question,” he says without missing a beat.
“But—“
“You’re weaker than me.” He taps his finger on Kyojuro’s stomach to emphasize his point. “Way weaker with this fragile human body of yours. The prey can’t dominate the predator. This violates the law of nature.”
