Summary
Charlie Spring works in his own, decently well-known band, one that goes by the name "Velvet Helix". He needs a new, fine-line tattoo for his band, but has a slight issue. No one who does these types of tattoos in his area lives any closer than 30 miles.
Nick Nelson works in the tattoo industry, specifically a professional artist. The company he works for isn't very well known, but it happens to be the closest building in Charlie's area.
