Summary
I've seen a few versions of Ikuina's euphoric episode on here, and I like the trend. This a short extension of the canon scene. It's not any gorier than the original, and about as sexual as the manga.

Summary
This is an AU where Chapter 1 doesn't happen and Ikuina spirals instead, eventually bringing one of his sedated victims to his apartment and killing them. Like most of my works it is heavy. He doesn't actually die at the end, but I think this is still a reasonable application of that warning.
