“Two seats.” Draco told him again.
“I most certainly do not.” Harry denied.

"Coric, there's no time for this," Rex swatted at the medic's hands as Coric leaned in to examine the long cut on his neck. It only earned him a swat back from the medic who refused to be deterred.
"Hold still." Bedraggled from his two months of captivity, he was still the same commanding medic he'd always been.
"It looks worse than it is," Rex tried to argue, trying to hide the wince that speaking brought on.
"He tried to tell us the same thing," Fives addressed Coric, both of them ignoring Rex's muttered litany under his breath that he was 'fine.'
Coric's face was impassively neutral, as it always was when he was in medic mode. But, then his eyes rose up to meet Rex's gaze and worry dropped into his tone. "You are coming back with us, right?"

Summary
The Battle of Geonosis was their hardest yet, and the 212th was looking forward to a little rest in the aftermath. The plan was for them to join General Windu on Dantooine to assist with the easy task of post-battle clean up. But of course that was too good to be true.
Instead, they were sent to the Galigann sector. With the Trade Federation's devastating involvement on Dantooine, public opinion is finally turning against their so called 'neutrality'. The GAR wants to use this as justification to bring the fight right to their doorstep.
They weren't expecting it to be a very difficult assignment. They also weren't expecting to find a ragtag group of surviving clones left over from the failed first assault 9 months ago. Or the forgotten Jedi padawan who's been leading them ever since.

In which Obi-Wan finally gets the padawan he wanted, falls in love with his Commander, and forces Anakin to do some deep soul-searching. Not necessarily in that order.
This obviously can't save the whole galaxy. A Sith Lord's master plan isn't so easily unraveled. But maybe things don't have to be quite so awful this time around.

Summary
The Jedi speak of the will of the Force, but no unified consciousness exists to direct fate. The Force pulls on itself just as much as it influences the lifeforms it spurred into being. It is a growing, writhing, living presence. But for the light to endure, a warning had to make it through the obscuring darkness.
One standard year into the Clone Wars, Obi-Wan Kenobi is granted a glimpse of the future and a new gift. With others' attachments and intentions now made visible, he is thrust onto a path that takes him further and further away from the Jedi Order. Justice for the clones becomes a priority - by any means necessary. And the support of one clone in particular slowly becomes vital to Obi-Wan's wellbeing as he is forced to make an impossible choice.
