Summary
Katsuki Bakugo is failing at everything, basically. He's skipping class, barely eating, sleeping all day, and his mind is consumed by thoughts of a worm. Wait, no, not thoughts. There's a Quirk-created parasite in his head, and he needs to get it out. Turns out, the way to do that is a lot less enjoyable than anyone wants.
OR
Katsuki Bakugo has to expand his scope of emotions far beyond his current palette of "angry, tired...angry?" to exterminate a leech in his head. Izuku Midoriya helps.

“You sure?” he says, uncharacteristically soft. He’s been so careful with you this entire time.
That only makes you even more sure. “Yeah, I just,” you bite your lip nervously, “I don’t know what to do. Or what comes next.”
He grabs your hand, leading it up to his mouth. His eyes shutter closed and this close to him you can see how pale his eyelashes are as they flutter on his cheeks. “Nothing has to come next,” he says, planting a kiss on your palm. “We can keep kissing and stop there. Or, I can show you how good it feels to be kissed in other places.”
Just when you think he’s being sweet, his tone and smile turn wickedly sinful by the end of his last sentence and your body flares with heat once more. His red eyes slant open, seeking your response as he presses another kiss to your palm. Fuck, his expression’s making your insides burn.
“Okay,” you finally respond. “Show me, please.”
You're an inexperienced virgin who needs inspiration to write a sex scene in your upcoming novel. You resort to researching online and your roommate and longtime friend, Bakugou, catches you watching porn. One thing leads to another, and somehow, he's agreed to help you?

“Kacchan, are you awake?”
The voice was slightly louder now, a low murmur just a few feet away. The words, the tone, the lilting uncertainty — it all sounded like Deku, so much so that Katsuki felt aggravation rise in his chest, inexorable as the tides. He allowed himself a quiet grunt, venting just a little of the potent emotion into the room, but still didn’t move.
There was a long silence. For a time, the intruder just stood there, motionless.
And then the mattress creaked.

“What do you think is going to happen?” Izuku asks. His voice is steady and not quite his.
“If I leave you in here with a hopped-up crazy?” she asks, and pulls something out of her pocket. Izuku squints. It’s a cheap stick-to-the-wall camera, everything disposable except the digital chip. A toy, pretty much. People use them for selfies, or give them to little kids to play with. She slams it onto the steel wall, high up by the ceiling. “I think I’ll get some nice footage of one UA student killing another, is what I think.”
