Summary
Ed and Al, at ten and nine years old, are taken captive by a military facility after their plans to commit human transmutation are discovered. They never got the chance to try to bring Trisha back— but the Amestrian military's experiments are almost just as cruel.
Hope of escape is running short when Al is transmuted into a chimera, and Ed loses his hearing. Not all is lost, though, and little do they know that there's someone out there searching for them... -
