Sasuke is tired of watching his best friend suffer because of a village that's mistreated and harassed him for years, so he tells Naruto what their only sensible course of action is. It's not really considered running away from home if it was never their home to begin with. Not like anyone would care they were gone, anyways. Cue teary-eyed conversations, tired train rides, and an insufferable blonde annoying the shit out of his dearest friend just for the fun of it.
