Summary
28 August 3028 is the best day of Hanse Davion's life. He got married. He got to declare war on the Capellan Confederation right in front of Max Liao's face. He got to watch his brother-in-law grind his teeth at the wedding, while his nephew was best man.
It was a good day.
And now he's woken up, with all his memories up to 17 June 3052 and has a chance to do it all again. And maybe this time it won't be downhill from here.Melissa Steiner-Davion doesn't consider 20 August 3028 the best day in her life (although it’s high up the list), but she's been having a bad five years or so... she doesn't know why she's getting a do-over with all her memories up to 19 June 3055 but she's not going to turn it down.
Obviously it wasn't worth losing her five lovely children, but another 24 years with their father? Wait, why stop at 24 years - deal with his heart issues, her mother's cancer! She could even save Jeana Clay and perhaps even Uncle Frederick... Okay, that last one might be a reach. -
