As of recently he was always looking for the prettiest flowers in the garden, putting them in Aemond’s hair.
He’d let out the sweetest giggles whenever Aemond feigned annoyance at the way the flowers would mess with his hair. He kissed him soundless each time.

“All of my stupid sweaters are dirty and I forgot to do laundry yesterday,” Luke huffs coming out of his room with a frown. He is fussing over the long sleeved shirt he threw on, complaining that it’s itchy and too dressy and he just wants to be comfortable.
Rhaenyra opens her mouth to finally mutter a word after twenty minutes of silently waiting, but Aemond beats her to it. “Here,” he says, letting go of his spoon with a clink and reaching for the hem of his own sweater. He pulls it off and hands it to his nephew. Rhaenyra is glad to see that her little brother wears a simple black tee underneath this time, and she’s not forced to witness him shirtless again.

Loki looks around the room and then behind him, as if confirming no one else could be causing Thor's confused state. “Yes?”
Thor reaches up, pulling on the ends of his own hair, and then winces. “I do not understand,” he mumbles. “This is an odd form of Valhalla.”
“Valh–” Loki starts, stops. “Did you hit your head yesterday during training so hard to give yourself a concussion that I missed?”
“Yesterday,” Thor says, clearly speaking only to himself. “What was yesterday?”

In a moment of vulnerability, Loki tells Thor he took the Tesseract from Asgard before its destruction, which means they need somewhere to hide and protect their people as Midgard already has two too many Infinity Stones.
Neither of them is quite ready for Thor's solution to be Jotunheim, the last realm able to muster the same amount of strength as Asgard, and possibly the only one capable of protecting them now.
