Summary
Gluttony and greed. He knew his sin and had little interest in facing punishment. Remaining still in the time when the human had lived, the being did not budge. Summons had come for him, yet he stayed. Leaning across the depths of Infinity, peering into the smallest of galaxies where his beloved had grown old and ceased to be. Death was strange now. Before, it had been something he hadn't even thought of. Organisms lived to die. The cycle of life continued to pollinate the next. Yet, as his all-seeing gaze bore down on the speck the inhabitants claimed Earth, he only felt sadness.
Unmoving, a statue before the other beings, he did not bother to tear his six eyes from the planet as the sentencing was placed. Whatever happened to him, wherever he ended up- it felt meaningless without the one thing he'd grown to have emotion for. Emotion wasn't something a God should have. Emotion was a human construct. Yet, he found himself just as corrupt. Just as greedy.
"You are eternally banished to the Prison Realm. Let this serve as an example to all that this will not be tolerated."
As the voices faded into nothingness, he finally found peace in his new solitude.
