1990's: Milano, two exceptionally young cardinals archbishops, bound by the still unfamiliar weight of their red mantles, spend a final evening in the sultry (lol apologies for writing this... I was most likely drunk af) embrace of a Milanese summer. Reckless and unguarded, their friendship (right) deepens with each passing moment, they grasp at fleeting freedom, unaware that the foundations of their defenses are already being laid by someone else's hand.
