Summary
“You’re everywhere, Grace. It’s impossible to avoid you.”
“Not really,” he replies. “I think you just don’t want to avoid me.”
In which Ryland Grace flirts like a middle schooler with a crush — that is, very ineffectively.

Summary
The POV character is meant to be read as either Simon OR a reader insert! I find him relatable enough that I can manage that, however horrifying that sounds lmao. Fellow angry men who think Ryland Grace could fix them, RISE! Your time has come.
You find yourself delirious and foggy, in a blindingly bright room occupied by a faceless being caring for your wounds and what you assume must be an angel. He must be one. You must have managed to sneak your way into Heaven, but it can't be that simple. Your mind slowly resurfaces memories of your death and you begin to doubt your surroundings.

Summary
You just like fixing things. Putting in the elbow grease. The Kineema. Your clothes. Your bike. Your apartment. The world. Harry is something you can fix, if you’re patient and methodical and uncompromising. He’s like old leather, soaking up the polish under your hands and taking on a shine.
Fixing things is, for you, also a little bit about the power.

Summary
The man on your knees is yours and you don't even know why. Your own blank slate. Your clay to mold. The thing on which you impose your morals, your Dolorian sensibilities. Your sense of duty and your marble composure.
Few have looked a gift horse in the mouth as thoroughly as you have. Few could say that they considered the implications more thoroughly than you.
He is looking at you like you’re an Innocence.
And in that moment, you decide to become one for him.
