She wasn't sure when “I want to make her my girlfriend” became a recurring thought in her mind. All Ena knew was that once it did — or at least once she noticed it did— it became all she could think about. Either in Mizuki's presence, when she would look at her face and immediately get swept over by a surge of emotions like she'd never experienced before, or in her absence, when every single thing that could be even tangentially linked to Mizuki would remind Ena of her.
Ena would catch herself doodling little pink idiots at the corner of her sketchbooks, turning red as a lobster whenever Futaba looked over and asked who that was. One time, she even almost submitted an assignment with a smug graffiti-drawn Mizuki peering over the paper. Her heart raced as she grabbed the drawing back halfway through turning it over to Yukihira, her thumb covering the exact spot where the doodle was located. Ena cussed herself out for that one.
Or: the time Ena asked Mizuki out, the time they had their first kiss, and the time Ena realized that she wanted to marry her.

Summary

That is until one night she meets a lonely girl who calls herself “Amia.” The colour Ena's so desperately been trying to rediscover finally feels in reach; all she desires is to paint this girl, but there’s only one problem—
Ena only ever seems to be able to locate this “Amia” while drunk and, no matter how much she searches, cannot find any proof of her existence after waking up in the morning.

Mira looked up to see his face— "Oh!" For the second time tonight, Mira was startled to see a young woman's face. The demon king wasn't a king at all. She was a demon queen. Her eyes were a soft brown, though when she stepped into the light, they reflected with a golden hue. The tiger striped patterns were on her face and neck too. She wasn't human, that was for certain.
But she didn't seem dangerous either.

Summary
“She already has a drink,” a voice cut in, calm but edged with steel. A solo cup was pressed into Rumi’s hands, cool against her clammy fingers, and an arm draped around her shoulders like it had always belonged there. “Sorry I took so long, babe.”
Rumi froze. Her heart tripped, scrambling to catch up. The girl in front of her wasn’t anyone she knew. Pink hair fell into her eyes, leather jacket creaking as she settled herself between Rumi and Jinu. Her gaze locked onto him like a homing beacon. Her scent—sharp citrus and a hint of something grounding, clove maybe?—rolled out, cutting the tension like a blade. It was unmistakably an Alpha scent.
A stronger scent.
OR: Mira pretends to be Rumi's mate to get her out of a sticky situation.
