Most people assume Darcy's pretty flighty. She suspects it's probably something to do with her porn star rack and the nine non-required electives she took in college. But she hasn't wavered once in her career path since she demanded her fifth birthday be super PAC-themed, excepting a brief period in seventh grade when a bad algorithm on a career test told her she should be in law enforcement.
The school counselor made everyone re-take the test a week later and Darcy was restored to her rightful place as a future secretary, but after that, the niggling suspicion that it would feel good to carry a gun always stuck around in the back of her mind.

As if Steve Rogers doesn't have enough problems, some seriously bad decision-making leads to Bucky finding him half dead and covered in blood in an alley way. Like always, Bucky patches him up, but there's something decidedly different about Steve. For one thing his heart, which had never beat quite right in the first place, now it doesn't appear to be beating at all....But since when has he ever let anything hold him back?
