Summary
Buck planned Chim’s bachelor party (that he didn’t want) and to his disappointment (and no one’s surprise), the groom-to-be never showed up.
Unwilling to give up their night of partying, Buck and Eddie get white-girl wasted back in Chim’s room, where he may or may not be sleeping. Once everyone leaves, however, the pair finds themselves stuck in a questionably empty room where real feelings are admitted… and then they wake up with no memory of the steamy night before, with Buck lying against the floor in a bathrobe and Eddie shirtless in the bathtub.

Summary
Sonic can remember all of his alternate lives. He can also remember that in every single one, he’s been murdered just shy of his twentieth birthday by Shadow, a supernatural being linked to his soul who follows him through every life.
The problem is that he’s quite fond of the life he’s in now, and his little brother Tails needs him in order to stay alive. If Sonic wants to save his brother, he’ll have to find the omniscient devil who has hunted him in every other timeline before he finds him first. This time, Sonic is determined to figure out why he’s being hunted and finally break their curse, and try not to fall in love… again.

Things have leveled out over the last seventh months since the Eclipse Canon nearly took out the earth and sliced the moon in half. Seven months since the cryptic antagonistic hedgehog made the jarring choice to switch sides at the crux of disaster, helping Sonic & co successfully divert the damage. Seven months since he disappeared after he took the brunt of the ray, presumed dead.
But Sonic doesn’t think so.

“I may be in your head, but I can’t actually read your mind, Rumi.”
“I said, I can’t believe a demon who tried to kill me three months ago is cheering me on.”
Jinu laughed, shaking them both as his shoulders rocked her with each breath. “In my defense, you tried to kill me first.”
“You were a demon!”
“Okay, fair,” Jinu relented with an amused smirk, while Rumi glared adorably up at him from within his embrace. “But aren’t you glad you didn’t?”

Three months ago, the Huntrix successfully created a new, stronger Honmoon at the last idol awards where Rumi’s patterns and therefore her connection to the demon world were exposed, but ultimately accepted by her fans and friends. However, there’s still one person who hasn’t been able to move on… and Rumi wasn’t completely honest with the other girls about what happened that night with Celine.
But that isn’t even the biggest of her concerns, because she has another secret — Jinu’s soul is sealed in her Four-Tiger sword, meaning everything they were taught about demons was wrong.
The Huntrix are about to find the truth in the last place they ever expected; a new trainee group with patterns of their own.

After a long moment he said, rougher than he intended, “I should’ve pushed harder.”
Maddie didn’t interrupt.
“I knew he wasn’t okay.” Eddie rubbed a hand over the back of his neck. “Maybe not how bad, but I knew. And I let him tell me he was fine because…” He exhaled hard. “Because I wanted it to be true.”
The confession sat between them, stripped bare.
Maddie was quiet for so long Eddie wondered if he’d said the wrong thing after all. Then she leaned forward, elbows on her knees.
“Eddie,” she said softly, “if loving Buck meant always knowing how to save him, none of us would ever sleep again.”
