Summary
When on patrol one night, Red Robin ends up critically injured by a powerful, young ghost. Fortunately, a glowing boy is there to save him. With a brief, yet vague explanation of ghosts, ectoplasm, and something called the GIW, the boy - self-proclaimed Phantom - vanishes.
