Mark has always struggled with anxiety. Ever since he was a kid. So he's no stranger to the faded carpet beneath him, the ticking clock on the wall, or the stiff chairs in the waiting room that make him feel like he's about to be executed. He's used to the laundry list of diagnoses that his therapists over the years have given him. Anxiety disorder. Panic disorder. Depression. And now his new therapist has stamped him with a new one.
