When he regained consciousness, he knew he was fucked. The first thing he saw was his right arm, which was bent in a sickening angle. When he gasped —or tried to, at least— he felt a stab in his stomach. Every breath hurt, so, he tried to stay calm.
He failed miserably as soon as he saw the wooden beam.
OR
Remus Lupin hasn't allowed his friends to join him on the full moons since the Prank. Despite each one being worse than the last, he stayed stubborn. That's something he would come to regret.
