    Phil Lester is dead. Phil Lester is alive. He’s neither, he’s both Dan doesn’t know what to do with that. He doesn’t know what to do with anything these days. Dan wants to get as far away from him as possible. Dan wants to climb into his skin and it close enough. The latter always seems to win. Phil carries himself differently since he came back, he’s quiet, Phil Lester isn’t quiet, he’s not supposed to be. Phil Lester is loud, he’s loud in everything he does, he’s loud in the way he loves, except everything about him now is quieter, it’s still, like a pond right before a rock hits it, it’s calm that’s waiting for something, for someone to strike.
