It probably wasn't sensible.
The difference between idol mode and variety mode was very real, but Kai figured it was all the same in essence; cameras meant work, and they were all performers.
But it was present like a little voice in the back of his head sometimes, that urge to push, to do something. To admit to something, bald-faced, that would otherwise be classed as the deepest of his secrets, safe in the knowledge that it would be taken as a joke.
“I adore Beomgyu,” he declared.

“We have, like, ten minutes before I need to be ready to go on,” Taehyung stressed, “which isn’t a lot of time to suck a dick.”

If only things were as simple in real life as they were in TV dramas. If Jeongguk were given a list of steps he could complete to charm his way into the kind of relationship he'd been dreaming of, he wouldn't be lying here alone consumed by frustrated envy.
He'd be down the hall in Taehyung's bed, his warm arms wrapped snugly around him, and he might actually manage to get some truly restful sleep for once.

Kyle considered himself to be quite a reasonable guy, so he shrugged off any losses to his wardrobe with relative ease and bought replacements when he had to. It wasn't like it cost him more than he could afford and it wasn't a major inconvenience; that wasn't the issue.
The issue was that Kyle had actually become quite attached to certain items of clothing, particularly in the case of some of his favourite t-shirts, and it was a bit of a let-down to go looking for one and come up empty-handed.
